Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता): Candidate should have completed M.Sc. degree in Physics with at least 60% marks or equivalent degree in Physics. Candidates with previous expertise in the field of Experimental Condensed Matter Physics, in particular, Magnetism, are preferable. Candidates with hand on experience in handling instruments like XRD, PPMS, SQUID, etc. are encouraged to apply for the project.

How to apply National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) Vacancy ( आवेदन कैसे करे): Interested candidates should appear for a walk in the interview scheduled to be held on 05.11.2018 at about 10:00 am at School of Physical Sciences, NISER. They should submit their resume duly filled in all respect in the prescribed proforma (given in page 2-3 of this document) along with copies of all certificates at the time of the interview with recent passport size photograph pasted on it. Original documents should be produced at the time of interview for verification. All candidates are requested to reach one hour before the scheduled time.
