Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता): The incumbent should be Bachelor of Science (Any Chemistry discipline / Food Science) with minimum 2 years experience in analytical work.

Desired skills ( वांछित कौशल): Skills/ Attributes: Technical 1) Knowledge of basic analytical procedures and techniques. 2) Exposure to AAS/ICP-OES/ICP-MS/HPLC/GC/Ion analyser/Microwave digestion system/ pH meter or any other relevant equipment or techniques for routine parameters of food and feed samples Skills/ Attributes: Managerial Good interpersonal skills and should be able to work in a team Should be flexible to complete the task as per commitment and agreed turnaround time.

Job responsibilities/description ( उत्तरदायित्व): Acid digestion of food and feed samples using microwave digestion system. Analysis of minerals and heavy metals in food, feed and mineral mixture samples by ICP OES and ICP MS. Analysis of Moisture, total ash, AIA, fluorine, iodine and sulphur in a mineral mixture and DCP samples. Analysis of chelated mineral salt samples by FTIR. Adherence to the GLP and ISO 17025 guidelines. Any other relevant work assigned by the supervisor
