Qualification: The prospective candidate should have a good publication record in SCI-based journals. He/she should have (a) Ph.D. in Mathematics, Ph.D. topic related to I)differential Equations/ Computational Mathematics / Numerical Analysis of PDE with a good knowledge (training) of (in) finite element method and weak solutions to Pl)Es. Candidates who have recently submitted their Ph.D. thesis are also eligible to apply for the position. (b) Good publications in SCI journals and experience in developing codes using MATLAB for the numerical simulation of nonlinear problems would be considered as an additional merit.

Pay Scale: The duration of the fellowship will be of two years and may be extendable for one more year, if necessary. The candidate is expected to join the Department as soon as the offer letter has been released. The fellow will receive a consolidated fellowship, First-year – 55,000.00 p.m, Second year – 55,000.00 p.m.
